Mobile Homes have alwats had problems with formadehyde when they are 1st built, altho I do believe some mobile home builders do try to use other materials. At first I thought this would be a no-brainer seeing as how these studies on Mobile homes have been out for ages, but it seem we have to tell people over again what they run into.
